Offered for your consideration is this superb Rosewood Grand Concert Cutway Short Scale (RGCC25") guitar built by James Goodall in his Hawaii shop in 2007.

This a 14-fret, short (25") string scale instrument with a body that is just 19-1/2" long and 15" wide at the lower bout with a Venetian cutaway. It has a master grade Italian Spruce top matched with straight-grained East Indian Rosewood for the back and sides. It has Curly Koa body binding and backstrip with a Paua shell rosette.  It has an oval-shaped Mahogany neck with Ebony binding . The fretboard is Ebony with a 16" radius, Paua inlays and a 1-3/4" bone nut. The headstock has Koa binding, an Ebony overlay and Paua logo inlay. It has an Ebony bridge with a bone saddle and 2-1/4" string spacing.  The tuners are Gotoh 510's with Ebony buttons. It comes with a clear plastic pickguard which Jim installs on most of his guitars.

The Grand Concert body is the perfect size for many players; big enough to have significant power, but small enough to be quite comfortable to play.  If you listen to the included sound sample and check out the video of a nearly identical Goodall model being played,  you will find that this guitar has a voice that is rich, clear and balanced, with great note separation and lots of the overtones that Goodall guitars have long been known for. The short scale option on this particular guitar makes it superbly easy to play. It is set up with Elixir Phosphor Bronze light gauge strings with 12th fret string heights of 6/64" on the low E side and 4/64" on the high E side.

While built in 2007, this guitar is in fantastic original condition. Aside from a tiny scratch or two on the headstock from string changes, this lovely instrument shows no flaws of any significance and the frets are in superb condition too (see photos).  It comes in it's original Ameritage Gold case with humidification, also in excellent condition.

Jean Goodall advises that sold today, this guitar would have a street price of approximately $7K. Get this exceptionally well maintained 2007 beauty at a substantial discount. Make this incredible Goodall yours today - you will be very glad you did!
